WATER METER READING METHODS BY BWACO
Currently, BWACO applies two water meter reading methods to bring convenience and flexibility to customers:
- BWACO staff will visit customers’ premises to record the water meter readings mothly.
- Customers may also proactively report their water meter readings via the BWACO Customer Service App (CSKH BWACO).
To activate the “Water Meter Reading Report” feature on the BWACO Customer Service App, customers are kindly requested to register by contacting our Customer Service Hotline 1900 636 646.
