Payment Responsibilities

WATER BILL PAYMENT POLICY

  • Customers are responsible for fully paying the water bill within 07 days from the date of receiving the water bill notification from BWACO.
  • After the above period, if the bill remains unpaid, BWACO will send a reminder notice (via the BWACO Customer Service App, SMS/phone call). If payment is still not made within 7 days from the reminder date, BWACO will temporarily suspend the water supply until the Customer fully pays the water bill and the water reconnection fee.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION UPDATES

In case of any changes to the purpose of water use, the name on the contract, or billing/payment information, customers are kindly requested to notify BWACO at least 15 days in advance for necessary adjustment or contract renewal.

REAL ESTATE TRANSFER POLICY

  • In case the Customer transfers ownership or usage rights of a property (through sale, inheritance, gift, etc.), they must also transfer the right to use the water meter asociated with that property.
  • The new occupant or owner must register for water usage and re-sign the water supply and usage contract with BWACO.
  • During the period whhen the new occupant is using water but has not yet completed registration, the person named on the old contract remains responsible for paying the water bill and complying with current regulations.
