As stipulated in Article 5, Clause 3, the water supply contract between the Company and the Customer is as follows: Upon receipt of the water bill, Party B (Landlord) shall fully pay Party A (the Company). In case of failure to pay immediately, Party B will receive a notice of water charge and then have to pay at the office or branch of Party A. If the customer has not yet paid the bill within the period stated in the notice, Party A will temporarily stop supplying water. The water supply will only resume after all existing problems have been resolved.
Applied under Article 8 of the Water Supply Contract as follows: Until the new customer registered or re-signed the contract, current customer will be counted as the one who is responsible for paying the full amount of water bill.
