CHANGE OF WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT

1. CHANGE OF BUSINESS INFORMATION (Purpose of water use, name, tax code, invoice address)
Customers are kindly requested to prepare the full documents listed below and visit the nearest BWACO Customer Service Office to complete the procedures and submit the application:
- 01 photocopy of the Business Registration Certificate
- 01 photocopy of the Citizen ID Card (CCCD) of the business Owner
- Letter of Request for Information Change (Signed and sealed by the Business Owner)
2. CHANGE OF PERSONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are kindly requested to prepare the full documents listed below and either contact the BWACO Customer Service Hotline 1900 636 646 or visit the nearest BWACO Customer Service Office to complete the procedures and submit the application:
- Certificate of Land Use Rights/House Ownership Certificate
- 01 photocopy of the Citizen ID Card (CCCD) of the water meter holder
- In case of renting: House rental contract and commitment from the house owner to agree to the name change
3. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF WATER SUPPLY SERVICE
In case the house is unoccupied or water is not used for a specific period of time, Customers are kindly requested to notify BWACO to temporarily suspend the service and settle all outstanding debts (if any).
