In order to apply for water supply for the project, please follow these steps:
1. PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT
- The basic design of the water supply system of the project must include a written agreement between Ba Ria Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company and the investor.
- Customers do not have to perform this step if the water supply design document of the project is issued by Ba Ria – Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
2. IMPLEMENTATION
- The Investor has sent a written request to Ba Ria – Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company for materials acceptance (in compliance with the standards and types as agreed upon in the design), have a written record of accepting and supervising the construction of the water supply system of the project area (capacity of construction contractors, technically correct or not)..
3. TESTING AND PUTTING THE WORKS INTO USE
- After the construction is completed, the Investor sends a dispatch to the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company on the acceptance test of pressure, flushing and connection to bring the water supply system of the project area into use. BWACO will send people to execute the pressure test and make acceptance record between two sides.
- The investor sends to Ba Ria – Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company a complete set of drawings of the project water supply system, acceptance records signed between the two parties (materials, pressure ..). BWACO will establish the rinsing and appointing the executor to connect the project water supply system to the common water network.
Note: Customer will not have to perform steps 2, 3 if the water supply system of the project is built by Construction Enterprise of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
